How can I change the names of the general interests column in my myspace?

My myspace is www.myspace.com/raylynn



See how the side says ';general'; ';Music'; Heroes'; etc??



I would like to change that.



For instance instead of ';general'; I would like ';Be My Friend'; or something along those lines as I only have add me/message me buttons in my general.



I would also like to know how to ADD tables to that side of my page.



Please give me FULL details as I am not the best at doingm things myself. Lol. If you give me half *** answer I will mess it up and be sad for the rest of today,
