How do i change names of users on windows vista?

I bought a laptop from JBHIFI and the computer name and everything is my name but when i download a file it saves it under c:// user/JBHIFI etc... i go to change it but its not highlighted to let me do so... i want the user to have my name! when i log in and put my password in it says my name so why doesn't it for the folder? Am i able to change it? thanks everyone
