For example, the Lestat's Coffee Shop by my house makes an ';Americano'; that is condensed milk and espresso, instead of the real Americano which is hot water and espresso. Then, Starbucks has their famous Carmel Macchiato (steamed milk, foam, espresso), which is actually a latte. A macchiato is milk foam in espresso. If you want to be original with your name, why not pick something new? How do I order the real drink if I want it? And why are there three Starbucks within 5 miles of my house? Why do coffee houses change names of known drinks to other taken names?
Its to confuse people, and so people will only buy their drinks...because of the name of it. People will go in and try to find ';their drink'; at a different place and won't know that it has a different name. Why do coffee houses change names of known drinks to other taken names?
Why ask why.......Bud Dry.....
