change name on deed you can call ur title company... than they would make up a new deed to which ever name u want to grant it to. It may takes up about a month. Since they have to send it to the recorder in which ever city you live in.Does anyone know how to change name on house deed in Illinois?

Call you mortgage or title company and have them do a ';Quit Claim Deed'; it's very easy
