How do you change song names on a Creative Zen?

My boyfriend can't figure out how to do it using the Windows Media player or whatever. Know how?How do you change song names on a Creative Zen?
Once you connect your player to the computer go to my computer and find your zen search the files until you find the song you want changed and right click on it go to rename and type in the name , if it is an mp3 file make sure that is still part of the name .. such as mysong . mp3 ..( mysong dot mp3 ) other wise the format won't be recoginzed by your player

I looked in my Zen Media Explorer program that should be on your cd and looked in the help files ... see below

Editing track information

You may need to edit track information on an audio file when the information is incomplete or wrong.

To edit track information on an audio file

In Windows Explorer, locate and click the Creative Media Explorer icon. A list of players appears.

Click the player that you want to set as active. Only one player can be active at any one time.

In the Folders panel, click the plus sign next to the Media Library folder.

Click the Music folder.

Click the folder containing the track(s) that you want to edit.

In the main window, right-click the track you want to edit, and select Edit Track Properties.

Type in the new information.

Click the OK button.

If you can't figure this out either save the song in question to a file in your computer then delete it from your zen , rename the file on your computer the same way as i mentioned above and then add it back to your player ...How do you change song names on a Creative Zen?
The CD that came with it has a program where you can revise the song names by clicking on the song...
