How can i change name and date of birth in indian passport?

all the school and degrees has the old name.i dnt mind if dat is not changed.just required to change in the passportHow can i change name and date of birth in indian passport?

You'll have to get a name change request form. Have that filled out with lawyer and provide appropriate identification and support along with photos. Once that is sent to the Canadian immigration, they will provide you a citizenship card with new name. This takes about 8 months or so. Then you can take the citizenship card and along with the name change certificate to change your passport, SIN, Drivers licence etc.How can i change name and date of birth in indian passport?

NOONE can change a date of birth, unless and only unless the passport office write it down wrong in the passport.



BUT the BIRTH cetrtificate is the only proof of the day you were born.
