If it is a Super discount ticket name cannot be changed at any cost, But for normal tariff tickets names are changed if approched in time limits set by the Airline.Costs It actually depends from airline 2 airline.

I work at an airport, and normally work on easyjet and ryanair check in. It costs around 拢70-80 for a name change. It really depends on who you are flying with, as each airline obvoiusly has different rates. Contact your airline customer service centre, or the handling agent and they will be able to tell you. Its not going to be cheap tho!
