How to change name which appears in a chat room for others.?

now, don't reply me about changing the alias name or nick name...

i want to change the name which appears in the right chatting panel while we are in a chat room .

i have already tried that nickname changing trick, it does not works...How to change name which appears in a chat room for others.?
If you're saying that after you open a room, you click ';Chat'; and get taken to your Profile page, where you're asked to change your nickname, it DOES work.



You have to immediately restart your computer after downloads that change your information, do that and you will change your name?
