can you change a old email name to a new one so you dont loose any of your email? like if you and a girl friend break up and your email is davencindy@yahoo- can you change it to cindy@yahoo and still get all of your old email from the other? and if so how?Change names?

Unfortunately, that is not possible with Yahoo! Mail. Once a user registered an ID. That will be permanent. You may try to use the ';Extra E-mail Address'; of Yahoo! Mail which allows you to create a new email address with the same account. You may also login using that email address and even send or receive mails using that address.
