How do you change name on a floppy disk?

I need to change the name on document I saved on floppy disk.



Also, how can I avoid something silly coming up as title; I just want it to read, for example, ';so and so's resume';................instead of ';Mrs';. Or wanting an address to show, which would make it easier for me to find this for my customers.How do you change name on a floppy disk?
Right click on the name of the document and select ';Rename';.
