And do not tell me to go to your mail, then options, then general preferences, and change name at the top. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! I have tried it a 10 times, with no success. And I hav tried to contact yahoo only to get the run around......How do you change the deal to the right from ask to your REAL name when you post on yahoo groups?
the 2 area's are the Yahoo mail and also the profile, area's of full name and display name. if those 2 area's do not fix your problem, you will need yahoo's help to repair that glitch- many people have been having issues with the new beta profiles.
