Just advise your electoral registration officer.How to change name on Electoral voting register?
';Once a year, registration forms are sent to every household for completion - usually in August or September. The register of electors is then published on 1 December each year, using the information submitted on these forms. Additions and deletions can also be made to the register every month, except during September, October and November when the new register is being produced. You must obtain a registration form from your local authority - many allow you to download this form from their website. A separate form needs to be completed by each member of the household who is eligible to vote. Once you have completed the registration form, please complete and return to your local Electoral Registration Office.';

You may not need to do this if you haven't yet completed your annual electoral register return - just make the changes on there.
In the UK, you need to contact the Electoral Registration section at the Council and ask to amend the records. Everyone has to register by law every year and forms are sent out in August usually, but nowadays there is a thing called rolling registration where people can register during the year and records are updated monthly.
I'm not sure what You mean, but there is no electoral voting register.

but You can register to vote. Some places use a drivers license or other means for jury duty.

If they need You bad enough, they can drag You in off the street.

Sorry. never heard that term used before. I typed in electoral voting register and it was there.
get in touch with your local Town Hall and they should be able to help you
