How to change name that appears when sending emails?

I would like to change my name that appears when I send emails. I have read the answers to similar questions that have been asked, however, when I click on Options/More Options, there is a General category, but on that page there is no place to change the name. Did this change when Yahoo changed from Classic?How to change name that appears when sending emails?
Open your Yahoo email

Go to ';Account Info'; (Its at the top right corner right where it says ';Hi, yourname'; ). Just click on the tiny drop-down arrow at the side and click ';Account Info';

It will ask for your password verification. Type it and click sign-in.

Go to Profile Information %26gt; Edit profile details

Under ';Basics'; Change ';Display Name'; to whatever other name you want to display.

if u are the ,,,,jane@yahoo .com for example...this always will be seen and you cant change it
